Having Bad food habits is the easy way to digg your grave with your own teeths. Nowadays taking food is a wastage of time for many in their buzy and scheduled life. Making money became their primary and only need in lfe.

WHAT WE EAT IS WHAT WE ARE. So keeping a healthy and strict food habit must be an importent thing in our life. Here are some bad food habits that you must avoide to keep yourself healthy..

~ SKIPPING BREAKFAST.
~ EATING FOODS REGULARLY FROM OUTSIDE HOME.
~ INCREASED SOFT DRINK CONSUPTION.
~ LATE NIGHT FOODS.
~ DRINKING WATER TO SUBSIDE YOUR HUNGER.
~ EATING FAST.
~ EATING INFRONT OF A T.V WITHOUT CONCENTRATING YOUR FOOD.
~ EATING WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT YOU ARE EATING.
~ EATING WITH A STRESSFULL MIND.
~ EATING SNACKS WHENEVER TIME ALLOWES.
~ DAILY USE OF FAST FOOS.
~ DIETING UNNECESSORILY.
~ EATING WITHOUT HAVING A PROPER TIME SCHEDULE.
~ HEAVY FOODS AT NIGHT.
~ SLEEPING JUST AFTER YOU HAD FOOD.
~ KEEPING COOKED FOODS IN FRIDGE AND USE THEM AGAIN NEXT DAY.
~ HEATING PRE COOKED FOODS.
~ DRINKING WATER JUST BEFORE AND AFTER FOOD.
~ EATING UNSEASONAL FRUITS AND VEGITABLES.
~ EATING IN UNHEALTHY ENVIRONMENT..

Food is our LIFE.. So food must be SAFE.. Have a SAFE LIFE to all...
